M4 Infotech ("we", "our", or "us") built the Scribbly - Kids Coloring Fun app as a Free app. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Scribbly is designed with children's privacy in mind. We do not collect:

• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs

• Photos or images (all processing happens locally on your device)
• Account or login information (no accounts required)

How the App Works

Scribbly is a coloring app that works entirely offline on your device:

• Photo Import: When you import a photo to create a coloring page, the image is processed entirely on your device. It is never uploaded to any server.
• Coloring Projects: Your saved coloring projects are stored locally on your device only.
• Sharing: If you choose to share artwork, the sharing is initiated by you through your device's built-in sharing functionality. We do not have access to shared content.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Scribbly is designed for children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Since we do not collect any personal information whatsoever, there is no data from children to protect, share, or delete.

• No personal data is collected from children under 13 (or any age)
• No data is shared with third parties
• No advertising or ad tracking is included in the app
• No in-app purchases are offered

Third-Party Services

Scribbly does not use any third-party services that collect information, including:

• No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
• No advertising networks
• No social media SDKs
• No crash reporting services

Internet Access

Scribbly does not require an internet connection to function. All features work completely offline.

Data Storage

All data (coloring projects, settings) is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is automatically removed.

Permissions

The app may request the following device permissions:

• Storage/Photos: To save your coloring artwork to your device's gallery and to import photos for creating coloring pages.
• Camera (optional): To take photos directly for converting to coloring pages, if you choose to use this feature.

These permissions are used solely for the stated purposes and no data leaves your device.
